Midazolam and the End-of-Life treatment protocol, NG163, was discussed in the House of Commons yesterday

This commits the reference to parliamentary records

Ignorance can not be used as a defence in a malfeasance trial, when the information was readily available or it is your duty (as Health Minister say) to know about the data.

As Bridgen stated, the NICE eventually withdrew NG163 and attempted to scrub it from their archive records. Thankfully, we keep receipts.
